Behind the scenes, our office manager Gul and the administration staff are involved in the smooth running of the practice. This includes processing correspondence to and from specialist services, referrals, raising prescriptions and booking appointments.
Mrs Olive Carr
Olive has 20 years experience of running a GP practice. She joined the Houghton Regis Medical Centre in 2015, and with the help of the office manager and all the administration and clinical teams, helps to provide a safe service to all our patients.
Administration and Reception
Adele is the patient liasion officer. Should you have a query or complaint in regards to the surgery staff, please contact Adele directly.
Sandra is our secretary and is responsible for referrals.
Molly is our prescription clerk.
